Returns & Store Credit Eligibility
All products are eligible for return in exchange for store credit, except items marked as Final Sale.
We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns are issued only as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact
- The item must not show any signs of wear, stains, damage, perfume, or washing
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos of the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Store Credit Details
- Store credit is issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
- It will be issued for the product value (excluding shipping charges, if applicable)
- Store credit may have a validity period (if applicable, define based on your preference)
- It is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash
Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” are strictly non-returnable.
These items are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Store credit
This condition is clearly mentioned on the product page, and by purchasing such items, customers agree to these terms.
Swimwear & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Swimwear and similar hygiene-sensitive items can be returned only if:
- They are not marked as Final Sale
- Hygiene liners are intact
- The item is unused and tried on over clothing
Returns that fail hygiene checks will not be approved.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Sale Category Terms
Items purchased from the Sale category are eligible for return unless marked as Final Sale.
Discount codes or promotional offers may not apply to already discounted items.
